Before I got in contact with Stuart, I had no clue what a Business Coach & Mentor did or how their
services could benefit me and the organisation I work for. Within the first session Stuart very quickly
knew how and what he needed to advise and get me working on.
He was able to identify the strengths and areas that needed more attention. We worked on various
elements of a business and how it functions and covered a lot of ground over 10 sessions. Every session
was tailored to suit what needed addressing on the day. This has benefited the business and
highlighted the issues and priorities. It has also made me see the business from a different perspective.
As well as coaching me for the business, Stuart has been a supportive, encouraging and motivating
mentor for me professionally. Until I started the mentoring I thought I would be in my current role
until I retired, I was comfortable and didn’t believe I had the skills, knowledge and ability to further
my career – how wrong was I? I have recently been offered and accepted a promotion with another
organisation who sought me out! Being able to access the high-quality coaching and mentoring from
someone who has so much experience and knowledge has been a major factor in quickly building my
confidence and self-belief, in a very short space of time.
